Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Passagiospectra operates this platform to assist passengers in planning international journeys. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Passagiospectra ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any user, customer, or passenger ("Passenger", "you", or "your") accessing our website, making reservations, or engaging our travel planning services. By making a reservation or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth in this document.

Applicable Legal Framework

Passagiospectra operates in full compliance with the statutory framework established by the Government of Singapore. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Travel Agents Act 1975 and the Travel Agents Regulations 2017, administered by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Furthermore, consumer protections outlined in these terms align with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (CPFTA) . Electronic interactions and online acknowledgments are governed under the provisions of the Electronic Transactions Act 2010. All transactional activities adhere strictly to applicable legal standard protocols within Singapore.

Reservation Process and Payment Obligations

Initial trip reservations made through our website reserve a slot temporarily. Upon submitting an online reservation request, a passenger's selected slot is held by us for a maximum period of 48 hours from the timestamp of the reservation.

To complete the reservation process and secure the booking, passengers must physically visit our registered office located at 541 Orchard Rd, Singapore 238881 within this 48-hour window to make full payment. If full payment is not executed at our registered office prior to the expiration of the 48-hour timeframe , the held reservation will automatically lapse, and the slot will be released back to the general inventory without further notice.

Cancellation Procedures and Refund Policy

Passengers are permitted to request cancellations for their reserved travel slots in accordance with the scheduled timeline below:

  • Cancellations 24 Hours Prior to Departure: If a passenger submits a formal cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of journey, a full refund of the total booking fee will be passed and processed.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: If a passenger elects to cancel their reservation on the scheduled date of journey (less than 24 hours prior to departure), a 50% deduction fee will apply, and the remaining 50% balance will be refunded.

To initiate a cancellation, passengers must contact our support staff via email or directly through our official website portal during operating hours.

Disbursement and Fiscal Settlement

Following a cancellation request, our administrative team will request the relevant banking credentials directly from the passenger to facilitate the transfer of funds. We process passed refund disbursements within 24 hours of receiving valid banking information.

While our team initiates the transfer within 24 hours, the actual deposit reflection in the individual's bank account remains subject to processing timelines established by external banking organizations. It may take up to 7 business days for the refunded funds to reflect in the recipient account, depending entirely on the specific banking institution involved.

Passenger Identification and Compliance Requirements

Safety and regulatory compliance necessitate strict identity corroboration during travel. All passengers must carry valid government-issued identification (such as a national registration card or passport) on the date of the journey. The physical identification card must be presented during the check-in and boarding process.

Failure to produce valid government-issued identification upon request will prevent participation in the trip. In such instances, the scenario will be classified as a passenger-initiated cancellation on the day of travel, resulting in strict application of cancellation terms.

Boarding Protocols and No-Show Policy

Specific boarding location details (including designated port, airport, or railway station assembly points) will be formally communicated to passengers during the in-person payment settlement at our registered office.

Passengers must arrive at the designated departure point (port, airport, railway station, or decided spot) at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time to allow adequate duration for identity corroboration, document validation, and standard processing procedures.

If a passenger fails to present themselves at the designated location at least 1 hour prior to departure, or fails to arrive before departure, the scenario will be recorded as a "No-Show". A No-Show is categorized as an immediate, unannounced cancellation. Under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or transfers be entertained for No-Show situations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the Passagiospectra website including text, graphics, logos, travel itineraries, design elements, and software code is the property of Passagiospectra and is protected under the Copyright Act 2021 of Singapore. Illegal reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of any platform material without explicit written consent from Passagiospectra is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Passagiospectra acts as an intermediary travel planner connecting passengers with third-party service providers, including transport carriers, accommodation facilities, and local operators. To the extent permitted under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 of Singapore, Passagiospectra shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, transit delays, schedule alterations, or losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to: severe weather disruptions, natural events, governmental restrictions, border control modifications, unexpected industrial actions, or general transit interruptions. Passengers are advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance covering unforeseen circumstances prior to departure.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disagreement, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with our services shall first be submitted to informal negotiations. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
