How do I book a tour?
Select a tour plan online, and your slot is held for 48 hours. Visit our office to finish payment and confirm.
What is included in the tour price?
Each plan includes accommodations, daily breakfast, airport transfers, entry fees for listed sites, and a local guide throughout the trip.
Can I customize an existing tour plan?
Absolutely. Every itinerary can be adjusted to fit your schedule, group size, or interests. Contact our team to discuss options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel your booking at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund; same-day cancellations receive only a 50% refund.
Do I need a visa for these destinations?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. We recommend checking with the relevant embassy well ahead of your travel dates.
Are flights included in the tour package?
International flights are not included unless stated otherwise. We can help coordinate flight bookings alongside your chosen itinerary if needed.
Is travel insurance recommended before departure?
Yes, we strongly recommend travel insurance to cover delays, cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your journey abroad.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two months ahead, especially during peak seasons, to secure accommodations and guide availability for your dates.
